Elisabeth Werneman, Partner, Deloitte Sweden
Elisabeth is a Risk Advisory partner in Deloitte Sweden and the Nordics, serving as service area lead of Regulatory and Financial Risk. She is industry leader for the Financial Services Industry. Elisabeth has over 20 years’ experience of working in the risk and primarily the FS industry, including regulatory technical advisory, regulatory transformation, assessment of outsourcing and compliance operating models.

Hinko van Beek, Partner, Deloitte Denmark
Hinko is a partner in Deloitte Denmark and the lead of Financial Services in Risk Advisory. He has 28 years of experience from the banking and insurance industry, advising global clients internationally since 2000. Hinko is passionate about operational risk management and regulatory strategy; he recently relocated to Copenhagen to take over the role of Global Lead Client Service Partner for a global Nordic financial institution.

Thomas Clifford, Partner, Deloitte Denmark
Tom is a partner and also member of the Financial Risk Management (FRM) Team within Deloitte Denmark's Risk Advisory Group for Financial Services. He leads Financial Risk Management across the Nordic Region, having developed tools, techniques and approaches to enable model design and build projects, gap analysis, technology solution implementation, and review and validation exercises. Tom specialises in credit risk and risk modelling across the banking sector, having implemented, reviewed and applied credit risk models across the full spectrum of Retail, Commercial, Corporate and Wholesale lending operations.

Kaarle Pohjavuori, Deloitte Finland
Kaarle is a Director in Deloitte Finland where he leads Risk Advisory services for our clients in Financial Services Industry. He has 15 years’ experience in advisory services with a particular focus in Anti-Financial Crime domain having lead and provided expertise in several engagements for Nordic banks and insurers. In his role of Global Lead Client Service Partner for OP Financial Group Kaarle oversees our services for the group across consulting, risk advisory, financial advisory, tax and legal services.

Sverre Danielsen, Partner, Deloitte Norway
Sverre is the Nordic FS Lead and a partner in Risk Advisory in Norway, as well as Norwegian FS Lead and Global LCSP for DNB. Sverre has extensive experience of advising clients across banking and capital markets, and insurance and investment management, leading global projects in the areas of conduct risk, business operations, regulations, risk management and governance.

Simon Brennan, Director and the Banking & Capital Markets lead in Deloittes ECRS
Simon is a director and the Banking & Capital Markets lead in Deloitte’s ECRS, while leading the Nordics Hub. He works with clients to manage the complexity and convergence of new financial services regulations, and to assess the implications for operating models and business strategies.
